This is the EVM Transparency Portal. Here you can consult the information related to the transparency obligations established in Ley 19/2013, of 9 December, on Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance and Law 12/2014, of 26 December, on Transparency and Access to Public Information (Spanish and Canary Laws). In order to create the structure of the Portal, the map of obligations established by the Commission for Transparency and Access to Public Information of the Canary Islands, the body responsible for the evaluation of the transparency of public entities in the Canary Islands through annual reports since 2015, has been followed, to which a broad representation of the private sector has been incorporated since 2019, among which EVM is included.
Institutional
The company Ecosistemas Virtuales y Modulares S.L. (hereinafter EVM), with VAT B-38944864, was incorporated before the Notary Public of the Illustrious College of the Canary Islands, Mr. Bernardo Saro Calamita, on 18 March 2008, registered in the Mercantile Register of Tenerife on 7 April 2008.
The company has its registered office at street Juan Ravina Méndez, 5A, 3er Floor, P.C. 38009, Santa Cruz de Tenerife; Canary Islands, Spain.
The Sole Director of EVM is Mr. Pablo Javier Díaz Cruz.

Applicable regulations
EVM is a limited company subject to the regulations corresponding to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, of 2 July, approving the revised text of the Capital Companies Act.
Along these lines, and with the aim of preserving the transparency and know-how that characterises it, EVM ensures the veracity of the information it receives and makes public, and keeps updated all information relating to its field of action.

Economic and financial information
The company’s accounting information can be found in the Annual Accounts, which are the documents that contain the company’s financial information and comprise the balance sheet, the profit and loss account, the statement of changes in equity and the notes to the financial statements. These documents form a single unit and are drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Code, the Consolidated Text of the Public Limited Companies Act, the Limited Liability Companies Act and the General Accounting Plan for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. Contracts with the Public Administration Public
